Shipping policy

JamLabs watches are individually prepared, checked and packed in the UK before dispatch. Ready-made orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Custom and personalised watches are dispatched within 2–4 working days after the design is agreed. Delivery time is additional to processing and dispatch time.

Free tracked delivery is included for orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin once an order has been dispatched and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; international orders may occasionally be delayed by customs or the local postal service. For orders to the United States, JamLabsFactory pays applicable import duties and tariffs when purchasing Royal Mail postage, so these charges are covered by us. For orders to Canada, JamLabsFactory covers applicable import duties, taxes and customs handling fees. Canadian customers will not be charged these fees on delivery. For other international destinations, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by their destination country. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If your parcel appears to be lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact JamLabs with your order number so I can investigate it with the carrier.
