About JamLabs
JamLabsFactory is operated by Jamie Henderson trading as JamLabsFactory, a one-person watch modification business based in the UK. There is no factory or production line — just me, a workbench, and a genuine interest in taking watches I already love and turning them into something different.
Independent watch modifier: JamLabsFactory is an independent UK watch modification business. JamLabs uses genuine finished Casio AE-1200 watches as base products and independently modifies their displays, straps and related components. Casio is the manufacturer of the original base watch; the custom work is carried out by JamLabs. JamLabsFactory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by Casio Computer Co., Ltd.

How it works
Every watch starts with a genuine Casio AE-1200. I modify each one individually, using custom display designs, colour treatments and different case and strap combinations to create watches you will not find straight out of the box.
The current collection focuses on colour, display treatment and materials. Each watch is built individually by me in the UK, checked, packed and sent out personally.
Why the Casio AE-1200?
I love the AE-1200 — often called the Casio Royale by enthusiasts — because it is such a good platform to work with. It already has an unmistakable retro digital design, loads of character and a segmented display that can be transformed with the right modifications.
The aim is not to hide what it is. It is still a genuine Casio AE-1200 at heart; the custom work gives it a different visual identity.

Made in the UK
All JamLabs watches are modified by me in the UK. Ready-made watches are checked before dispatch and orders are processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Free tracked delivery is included for orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia.
